1. Introduction
Welcome to Tervalis, accessible at tervalex.info. These Terms of Service govern access and use of professional development courses, digital materials and physical products offered by Tervalis. Effective date: January 1, 2026. By enrolling, purchasing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.
2. Offerings Overview
Tervalis provides three categories of offerings:
- Professional Development Courses
- Information Products
- Physical Goods
3. Professional Development Courses
3.1 Enrollment and Access
Enrollments open until three days before the start date. Access details will be provided via email. Course content remains available for the duration of each session.
3.2 Modification and Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to a future session up to seven days before the scheduled start date. Transfer requests submitted less than seven days prior may not be accommodated.
3.3 No Reimbursement After Commencement
Once a course has commenced, all fees are non-reimbursable due to scheduling of instructors and resource allocation. This measure ensures quality delivery and equitable access for all participants.
4. Information Products
4.1 Delivery
Information products, including eBooks, templates and guides, are delivered immediately after payment confirmation.
4.2 Finality of Sale
Because access is granted instantly and content can be downloaded or viewed without restriction, all sales are final and no reimbursements can be issued. If you encounter technical issues accessing an item, contact support for remediation.
5. Physical Goods
5.1 Shipment and Delivery
Items are shipped within three business days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location.
5.2 Goods Reimbursement
If you wish to seek a reimbursement, you must send back the item in unused condition and in its original packaging within thirty days of receiving it. Once the item arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will issue a refund within fourteen days via the original payment method. You may also opt for a replacement or credit toward another item.
6. General Reimbursement Procedures
6.1 Request Submission
All requests for transfers or reimbursements must be submitted through our contact form: Contact Form. Include your name, order number and a brief explanation.
6.2 Review and Approval
We will acknowledge each request within three business days. Approved requests will be processed within fourteen days from the date of approval.
6.3 Exceptions
Special circumstances, such as medical emergencies, may warrant exceptions at our discretion. Documentation may be required.
